I was walking last night up to 3 AM under the rain and enjoyed it a lot; it sounds crazy, but you definitely know that people differ from country to country, city by city and home by home! However, there are always such concepts that you can attribute to a group of people! For example, Europeans never value the rain! I do not mean they hate it, but they do not like it! On the contrary, people of the Middle East do! They love the rain and do not use such cold-hearted accessories like an umbrella! You have to feel the rain; as a shallow quality modern Persian poet says, you have to have intercourse under the rain! Or, as a Swiss-quality Persian poet says, rain is the sky’s crying because of the unfair world we live in! The Beautiful white moon belongs to the dark, frosty nights! As they forced my love to marry a wicked man!

European people hate the shadow! They hate it in a way that shadow itself is the name of a monster! To be a shadow or be under somebody’s shadow is like an insult; however, Middle Easterns worship shadows، We call Shah and mothers the shadows of God! We love shadow! It saves us from the sun that kills our plants and vanishes our limited water! We hope to be under the Shadow of our parents means wishing that they be alive for a long time! We hope to be under the Shadow of Homa, the legendary ancient Persian bird who brings luck. But how can I express my feelings here? With the people who do not value the rain and shadow? I do not mean that they are to blame; actually, they are blameless because their heroes never died of thirst; they never seen a desert or never had to pray to have little rain to save their farms and not be hungry. As another Persian poet says, they drowned cities and villages in Light; however, there is no single light in the heart of Iran, or the Swiss tulip is painless!, Tulip is the symbol of pain and death in Persian literature. It seems the god bestowed eternal prosperity for Switzerland and an unbreakable misery for the Middle East if he exists.

Maybe that is why you do not understand my feelings, poems, and love! Perhaps that is the reason that my poems suck. But please do not assume that it is my fault if I value the rain so much! I even adore the most non-Swiss nutritions and products, even Aldi’s bread and Denner’s red sack, because I know what poverty is. But be aware that a man who values rain, Shadow, and bread, knows the values of everything that you can not imagine. He may know the importance and value of you better than anybody.
